Driver refused to allow me to board at a point which I used to board regularly. I had to call their office and call the driver a lot to make him stop at that point. Water bottle also not provided.

Ac vent has no adjustments. Either full or nil. The charging point does not hold the charger in U7 berth. Very annoying experience in both.

No proper communication about change of timings and bus at starting point. Reached destination one hour late. Water bottle is not provided.

There is no water bottle provided, and live tracking is not available, there is no cleanliness. Better prefer JBT.

Not on time and dropped in the wrong place where I had to travel back with two hours of journey to reach my destination. The blankets were not neat.
