Boarding time is very wrong. Update it immediately

Staff gave away the seats and didn't pick up the call. On reaching the boarding point, had to argue for my booked seat which they had already sold to local passengers from another stop. There were three more people whose booked seats were given away, and we were refused seats and asked to talk to Redbus or the owner. After an argument, finally they gave a few seats to settle but not the booked ones, obviously. Never going to book again.

It was best experience I ever had.
