We would not be too concerned about using this transport again. It served its putpose at the time allowing us to progress. Both boarding and drop off locations are not easy to locate on Google Maps. You need to prepare to search for the bus boarding 150m further than given location. Drop off in Orchha was in Town Centre near Chatriburj Temple - location cannot be found in Google Maps. The minibus had adequate seats, with limited space. Staff were friendly, helpful when needed, passengers inquisitive. Control of AC, was poor, it was either off, or Full On, or windows open. Attention to care of luggage rucksacks was haphazard, with no concern about their care, main concern was getting goods on. Driving was careful most of the time, not concerning. Pit stop location was functional.
