No pickup points are currently available at Dharmasala, and the newly introduced pickup locations lack proper connectivity. Restoring the original pickup point would greatly improve accessibility.

Worst worst trip. Cabins were stingy. Full of dust. No basic amenities. Very rash driving. Over speeding. Not at all recommending. Worst.

Worst bus journey experience ever. The bus was in very poor condition, and there were bugs and insects on the seats, which was extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. The staff and representatives were not helpful and did not properly address my complaints or take my concerns seriously. Overall, the service was disappointing and needs major improvement.
