Bus run time is too late. Still, I didn't drop out from the bus, but in the app it is showing trip completed. Tracking link not provided. Bus is running too late. I had to step out from the bus by 7:15 am, but now it's 8:02 am and I am still in the bus. Requesting you to take strict action.

Too bad service, in my 8 years of bus journey experience this NR Connect service was very waste. Not working contact number and live tracking and bad responding, no sufficient AC time sense, no cleaning. Rude attitude service person and bus condition not good ....
