Staff not ready to pick up at the booked boarding and drop location. He called some other point to board and deboard. My boarding point was Kalasipalyam. The crew asked me to come to Shanthinagar and my deboarding point was Villupuram railway station, but the driver was not ready to go to the station and I deboarded at the bus stand.

No water bottle provided. Bus was late by 1 hour. The light was continuously on inside the bus for 2 hours. The drop time was also delayed as the bus halted at Electronic City toll due to some issue.

First of all, vehicle broke down and arrived late. Driver's phone was switched off and no communication was possible. When arrived at Electronic City toll, RTO stopped and driver and cleaner had no clue about the documents. Totally, it was a disaster.

1. Staff behaviour is very rude. 2. Seat was not cleaned. 3. Rash driving. 4. I asked for water bottle, he's saying go ask Red Bus.
