Dropping time was 10 am but bus arrived at 2.30 pm. Staff stopped the bus at every station for local passengers and was not listening to complaints regarding this. Very worst experience from Delhi to Udaipur with this travel. Do not recommend this travel for journey from Delhi to Udaipur. It looked like a local bus stopping everywhere. Also, hygiene level was very bad and no mobile charger was available.

After waiting for an hour at the bus stop, the bus that was scheduled for 10:50 PM finally arrived around 12:00 AM. The journey, which usually takes about 8 hours, ended up taking nearly 10 hours. We were supposed to reach by 7:00 AM, but instead we reached around 10:30 AM.

This was the most horrible bus experience ever. The bedsheets were extremely dirty, and it was most likely bodily fluid stains. We were not even given the details of the bus even till 15 mins before the departure. The conductor did not even knock on the compartment just directly opened it and we were women travelling. Even after telling them that the sheets are dirty he just came and said this is clean only. Horrible experience. Would not even give them one star.

No time punctuality. Fare is higher than other bus operators. Bus operator contact number is not working. They don't provide bus number details before departure.
