This is my worst experience ever. Bed sheets are so dirty and smelly. In terms of hygiene, nothing was there; used papers were there. Entire bus was smelling like someone smoked or drank inside the bus. Staff was good but my major concern is hygiene. I don't sleep because I feel everything is so dirty. My body has rashes because of dirt and dirty linen.

The bus driver and conductor used to force local travellers to enter, due to which there is a security concern for us. Even though taught by the policeman, they always try to enter local travellers for some money. There is no hygiene either. Amenities are also not provided properly. So do not use this traveller.

Dropping time was 10 am but bus arrived at 2.30 pm. Staff stopped the bus at every station for local passengers and was not listening to complaints regarding this. Very worst experience from Delhi to Udaipur with this travel. Do not recommend this travel for journey from Delhi to Udaipur. It looked like a local bus stopping everywhere. Also, hygiene level was very bad and no mobile charger was available.

After waiting for an hour at the bus stop, the bus that was scheduled for 10:50 PM finally arrived around 12:00 AM. The journey, which usually takes about 8 hours, ended up taking nearly 10 hours. We were supposed to reach by 7:00 AM, but instead we reached around 10:30 AM.
