Decent experience overall, but the AC was quite dirty and emitted a bad smell the entire time. They should service the AC filters.

Bus conductor or driver are not responding to calls, so I was about to miss the bus and the AC was not working the whole night. Very bad journey.

Seat not comfortable. Not having pillow blanket. No drinking water. Conductor behaviour bad. Even when bus stopped for eating something, bus conductor did not indicate to go down and no warning for washroom. Nothing. Very poor service.
