Live tracking was off. Bus was delayed more than 2 hours. No prior intimation to passenger on delay. Bus time - 11.30 pm. Bus arrival time - 2 am.

There was no live tracking. Too much delay, difficulty to track bus, especially for females who wait for a while late at night.
