No toilet inside the bus, and the driver flipped the passenger to another bus during the travel. Very rude behaviour and not comfortable.

Worst ever experience – do not book. Avoid New Mahadev Bus Service at all costs. I booked a ticket to my destination, but the bus abruptly stopped mid-route. The staff callously informed us that the bus would not be continuing to our destination. They forced us to board another passing bus with zero proper seating arrangements, leaving passengers stranded and uncomfortable. Absolute lack of professionalism, safety, and accountability. Worst customer service ever.

Dropping time was 2:00 am and bus dropped me at 4:30 am. Totally I was dropped 2-3 hrs late from the showing time. Bus got stopped anywhere for no reasons many times. Worst experience ever.
