Good staff and time to time confirm before bus arrived at your boarding point. Cleanliness inside bus very good compared to other buses.

The bus condition and seats were good and comfortable. However, the driving was very rough, which made the journey unpleasant. Also, after boarding, the bus stopped only once and did not make any further stops along the way, which caused inconvenience to passengers.

Very pathetic experience halt at hotel Kannaiya where washroom is not hygienic, very dirty and filthy. After that, there is no halt up till Ahmedabad which is more than 5 hrs and 285 kms at distance from last halt. Only one halt for entire journey of 340 kms. I would not recommend New Dharti travels to anyone.

Lights were kept throughout even after requesting the staff to keep them off. It affected the sleep.

They charge for extra bag. We booked 2 tickets and have 3 bags. They only allow one bag per person.
