NETWORK TRAVELS Bus Booking

Bus staff don't contact me. Staff are not comfortable.

The bus service is good. Have been travelling to and from Guwahati to Dibrugarh quite a few times for the last few years, and have travelled multiple times with Network. But one thing I would like to write regarding this service is their absolute worst choice of rest stop for food. I would request whoever from the management reads this to do something regarding this. I am sure me as well as other travellers would agree that the restaurants/dhabas you stop at do not care about hygiene or quality of food. They're charging for absolutely nothing, feeding us sub-standard food every time you stop. Please improve this, or lose your regular customers to your competitors. Best regards.

The bus broke down in Jakhalabandha and I had to take another bus as I was getting late and they did not even return half of my money. They asked me to ask but how to contact at the mid of the journey.

First the bus broke down, then they arranged a bus which did not even go to my destination. Then again, another bus was arranged from Dibrugarh to Duliajan, for which I had to pay the fare, but I had paid my full fare from Guwahati to Duliajan. Very bad experience.

Very uncomfortable journey. It was a non-AC bus, and the driver kept stopping frequently along the way, causing unnecessary delays. I personally had a terrible experience and will never travel on this bus again.

your seat was not comfortable, and price was very high. I had booked AC bus but our travel bus was non AC and payment was not refunded. I paid extra rupees XXXX.

The Bus seat are in really bad condition and the driver has carried so much of goods like vegetable fruit he as stoping in sometime and making everyone late and the most worst experience is they use to take to a third class Dhaba name Raju Dhaba this people only think about their Profile only their are more place near by but we have to go the worst place and the driver and the management is not running a bus service it is a goods carring service. Please do not harras the coustomer like this.
