The charging point was not working and the fans were also not working, and the windows were so tight it was very difficult to open them.

Ac is not working. The seat is not comfortable. The dropping point is too far for most people, which costs them more for a cab to take them from there to Police Bazar, the main point for everyone.

The bus was late by one hour to start from Guwahati as per scheduled departure but no one informed us. I booked a semi-sleeper seat but the bus was fully sleeper.
