There is an issue in brake belt so when they press it, it sounds and we can't sleep.

They given 10 min stop in starting of the journey, but after that continuous driving no stop for 5/6 hours and more. Many old age passengers were panicked.

I recently traveled from Talala to Ahmedabad, and my experience with this bus service was very disappointing. There was only one halt during the entire journey, and it was after almost 200 km, which is not acceptable for such a long route. The cleanliness of the bus was poor, and there was an unpleasant smell inside. The blankets provided were very dirty and unhygienic. Moreover, the staff behaviour was not good and felt rude and unprofessional. Overall, the service was not satisfactory at all. I would not recommend this bus service to others unless improvements are made.

The dinner time was set to 1 am and the restaurant was in such a bad condition, you cannot imagine. Before that, so many restaurants came on the route but the bus operator did not stop at good and hygienic stops because they only stopped at those restaurants where they get free food.

Rest stops were so dirty. Charging cable wasn't working, lights in the seat not working. Bus was 1 hour late.
