Bus is not coming, my program is cancelled, bus operator did not give bus cancellation information, no phone contact, phone switched off. Worst operator, money not refunded.

Bus has broken window glasses. Complete rain water came inside. No curtains for sleeper beds.

It's a bad service. Bed covers and curtains were washed a decade ago. Staff are doing regular ticket service, stopping at every stop wherever passengers are available.
