Worst experience with this bus. There is no hygiene, no water provision. Staff behavior very uncooperative. Overall bad service.

They are stopping at worst food courts. And the washrooms are also very dirty. They were one and a half hours late by simply wasting time.

Staff were smoking in the driver cabin and since this bus was non AC, the smoke was directly entering the passenger cabins through windows.

Driver is very rude and he stops for dinner at around 10:30. I asked to stop for the toilet at 2:30 but he was talking about money and something different. Like this bus is not yours. Can you please explain how to behave with customers.
