Whole bus was vibrating even for small jumps, braking caused loud noise. Could not sleep at all

There is no "Bus Features" available as RedBus mentioned in the application. At least they have to keep mobile charge switches ON. I asked several times to the bus driver and their staff, they kept giving reasons. Apart from that, all fine.

Horrible journey experience. Bus condition was bad, making a lot of noise, not able to sleep. Rude staff as well. Avoid this bus.
