The bus was ok. They gave water as promised but it said it had wifi when there wasn't any. They didn't drop me at my right stop and the staff didn't speak English, so it was complicated to understand. Other than that, the bed was really fine and there wasn't a lot of noise, so it was easy to sleep.

My overnight journey was disappointing. There were insects on the berth that caused itching, the reading lights were not working properly, and the bed had a very unpleasant smell. Overall, the journey was uncomfortable and the cleanliness needs significant improvement.
