I had an absolutely abysmal and pathetic experience booking a journey from Guwahati to Golaghat, driven entirely by an incredibly lazy, irresponsible, and incompetent crew. On a previous night super journey with an alternate bus, they at least had the basic decency to provide a complimentary water bottle and a wet wipe, but this substandard bus failed to provide anything at all. The staff's sluggishness was infuriating right from the start; I was made to wait a ridiculously long time just to get them to open the dikki to store my suitcase. To make matters worse, they delayed the 9:30 departure by 10 minutes and then dragged out a supper halt for an unnecessary 35 to 40 minutes, which ultimately caused us to arrive half an hour late. Even after we finally reached the destination, the staff took forever to step up and open the dikki so I could get my bags back. Management needs to fire and change this entire staff immediately; keeping such careless and lazy workers will do nothing but bring massive losses to their business as customers will completely stop booking with them.
