No mobile number is active, which they have mention. Very bad service, very difficult to find the bus.

Travelling was convenient and comfortable. Bus staff was also cooperative and will announce once the drop point was about to arrive. Recliner and sleeper seats both were comfortable and spacious.

Very disappointing experience. Our entire journey was ruined because of the poor service. The bus was not good, the charging points were not working, and despite charging such a high fare, the service was not worth the money. The last stop was supposed to be Kashmiri Gate, but we were dropped at Anand Vihar instead. If you are charging this much, at least provide the service you promise. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

The bus was in bad shape, and they dropped us at Anand Vihar instead of ISBT. The driver was very rude and said he would not take us there.
