The bus arrived one hour earlier than the scheduled time. The driver informed me late and was not willing to wait, even though I was reaching the stop more than half hour before the given time. The driver stopped the bus on the side to talk to someone else, but when I needed a stop for urination, he refused—even though I have a kidney stone problem. The driver is behaving very arbitrarily in this bus and is not helping passengers at all. I lost my bluetooth headphone in the bus at my seat and I am sure I forgot it at my seat. When I contacted the bus driver and other helpers, they refused to agree and spoke arrogantly on call. Very arrogant behaviour of all bus staff. I would not recommend travelling on this bus at all.

Overall all good except hotel facility

Overall, the journey was good, bus was clean and reached on time. Just the rest stop was not good for women; they sent us to the men's washroom, making sure there was no mention there, but couldn't have considered a better option.

Very very bad service.

Excellent service. Time punctuality as well. Bus is hygienic. The toilet in the bus for urine is an additional service. Staff behaviour is also good. Overall service is excellent.
