Your bus dropped 2 km away from my point. When I questioned them, they rudely replied you take auto from here and go to your point. Your attendant's behaviour was very rude right from beginning of the trip. This was my round trip.

Very bad travels in terms of hygiene, comfort, seats, lights were too irritating for eyes. Cleanliness was very bad

Cleanliness and staff behaviour was terrific. Bedsheet and blankets were too dirty. Driver switched off AC many times during the journey. Don't travel by Musafir.
