You guys thought I reached, but I am still 185 km from my destination. Sorry to say, worst experience in my life. No bus has been this late. Even if I went on a bike, I would have reached by now.

On time destination which I loved it. AC was good in good temperature, like not too much cold. Hygiene is well maintained. But the most important thing is that they should have provided a bus which comes with a washroom because sometimes it will be an emergency for any passenger in the bus who wants to go to the washroom. So that is the only thing I would suggest. Also, within the journey, they could have at least provided water and snacks. Those are the basics which are required in business class AC sleeper. Thank you.

Pickup time is delayed by an hour but the time of arrival to Chennai is as scheduled arrival time. The noise inside the coach is loud and it disturbed the sleep. Sleeper was comfortable and AC is excellent.

Worst bus experience ever. Only because 0 stars is not an option and there is no negative rating, that is why this. Horrible experience, first of all there was no notification that we had to change 3 buses 3 times to reach the destination. That too they did not reach the destination and dropped us 10km off our destination. No water was given and the buses were unhygienic where the charging port was not working. All passengers just waited to get off the bus.

Bus facility so poor, I am not satisfied with this travel, and 3 times we are changing the bus again and again. This is too much harassment to the passenger. So our humble request to the you can change the prospect and increase and develop facilities.

Travels offers the worst bus service; please do not use it. They are major fraudsters and cheaters. At the time of booking, they promise to drop you off at the exact destination, but when it comes to the actual drop-off, they leave you 12–13 km short of it.
