Very worst driver was rude and talking. There were three bus members, and all three do not even know how to behave with women. Need to take action on it. I will not leave them.

The AC was not working properly, and the bus felt congested and uncomfortable throughout the journey. The bus was also very late in reaching Hyderabad. My scheduled drop-off time at LB Nagar was 6:00 am, but I was dropped only at 7:30 am, causing a delay of 1 hour and 30 minutes. Very poor service and an unpleasant travel experience. Please improve the AC maintenance, passenger comfort, and punctuality.

Bus got delayed by 2.5hrs, and there was no traffic issue in Hyderabad. Very bad experience, all my plans were disturbed. I recommend everyone not to book this bus. They asked to keep luggage on the seat. They did not even provide a water bottle, which is basic in any bus. Stopping everywhere even after this much delay. No responsibility, did not even inform about the boarding delay. Never boarding this travel bus again.
