Bus was not clean at all. AC was not working properly, due to this suffocation and sweating were there all the time. Staff was completely unprofessional with no manners at all.

Seat is not comfortable for tall person. I could not sleep. Bed smells. Too late at dropping point as compared to other travels. AC was not working.

Operator did not answer the call. At 11:00 pm, the driver said the bus would arrive late at 12:30. However, his mobile was switched off.
