The worst experience I’ve ever had with this bus service. They didn’t even provide a XXXXX bottle of water. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would definitely choose that.

The bus was very late by 2:30 hours, no updates. I reached the stop at the correct time, still none informed me about the delay. The live tracking was showing some other bus in Wayanad, while this bus was in Madurai. Called Redbus to connect me to the booth agent. The booth agent told they have no idea about the bus, the bus owner isn't working with them, and many customers are feeling the same. When called the number given by Redbus, they told me they don't work in the bus as well. Only the driver picked up after 4 times, told bus was late by 2:30 hours while I was already at the bus stop. Redbus is worst as well. Their support can't do anything.

Bus was too late. We waited till 12 to board the bus. It was supposed to come at 10.35. Terrible. Not going to use this bus ever again.
