I found the trip experience very bad, with customer service being bad as well. The cleanliness of the bus was rated 1, staff behavior was rated 0, and rest stop experiences were rated 0.

I found the trip to be one of the finest and fastest from Rishikesh to Noida, with the staff being good and trustworthy. The cleanliness of the bus was very good, and the rest stop experience was good.
