The bus service is very good, but whenever I booked a bus from Muzaffarpur, I had to come to Motihari to catch it. The staff had said that the bus operators would pay the fare from Muzaffarpur to Motihari but no one paid.

Very bad experience. Bus ka blower nahi kaam karta, glass tuta hua hai, door band nahi hota, charging point not working. Galti kar di is bus se travel kar ke.

Charging point not working (socket damage), AC/blower duct damage, no option to close. Blanket not provided by bus operator. Bus reached destination 3:30 hours late. Rest point washroom charge applied.
