Bus having a lot of lights inside, which is glowing mostly

One of the worst bus service in my life and never ever seen such a travel like this before and GPS tracking is not showing as per the bus moving. What I feel it's kind of tragedy and cheating the people. Seat is not at all comfortable. Please take action on this.
