I had a very good travel experience. The bus reached the destination about one hour earlier than the scheduled arrival time. The driver drove safely and professionally, and both the driver and the cleaner were polite, helpful, and well-behaved throughout the journey. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant trip. Thank you for the excellent service.

The front passenger seat was extremely hard and uncomfortable, more like a lorry-type seat than a regular bus seat. In addition, there was no partition between the driver and passenger area, which meant that all the road vibrations and movements were felt directly throughout the journey. As a result, the ride was uncomfortable and I experienced a headache that continued even after the trip. While I understand that vehicle designs may vary, I believe passenger comfort can be improved significantly with better seating and cushioning.
