Staff made us pay for extra ticket just cause we asked to get down in a stop before the dropping point. And he was drunk.

The bus did not drop us at the designated drop-off location. Instead, we were dropped off quite far from the mentioned drop point, with the driver stating that it was the last stop.This was definitely not safe or convenient, especially considering the location and the timing. The designated drop point should have been followed as communicated, or an alternative safe drop-off point should have been arranged.
