Staff behaviour was not polite, 2 hours delay in reaching destination, AC was not enough, seat did not function properly

The bus driver called me and provided the time and place to come. Bus was punctual as well. I was provided a water bottle on my way in. Excellent driving. Reached my destination well before the ETA. I also received a wake-up call. Very minor issue. Live tracking was not very accurate, but there are other ways you can track it. Overall 4.8/5.
