Total poor behavior of the staff. They did not allow to go to toilet. There was a reason why passengers booked buses with toilet. Worst bus ever in my experience.

This bus did not provide service last time. Changed the bus and shifted to another bus. Phone not picking up many times. I called this bus provider number. Two numbers were given; one number was not available for incoming calls, and the other number was called many times but did not receive my boarding point Old Digha Indian Petrol Pump. Last time called me and said your boarding point changed. I'm going to auto with extra xxx rupees auto fare. It's a horrible journey.
