The bus was comfortable overall, and the AC worked well. However, the AC, mobile charging ports were switched off whenever the bus stopped for washroom breaks, fuel stops, or lunch/dinner breaks, which was inconvenient. Also, blankets were not provided, making the journey uncomfortable, especially at night. These areas need improvement.
