Tyre puncture three times and very loud material in bus

Very bad. Bus was 3 hours late at the destination. Pick up was also late around 2 hrs. Bus halts a lot to search for passengers and it's completely useless to go by this travels.

I booked the last seat for peace and there was a door, can say unrepaired door. It was so noisy already and on top of that, that door was not having any source to lock and because of that the door was banging here and there. It was so irritating. I'm giving 2 stars just because I landed safe at my place.
