it's actually taking much longer travelling time than necessary. Too much intermediate stoppage. Bus is stopping everywhere and picking up people.

I booked seat no-15 specially for window seat but bus seat arrangement shows beside seat in place of window seat. It still shows on the website. Why would I or anyone book a ticket online by paying extra charge if he or she did not get the desired seat.
