Dirty window clothes and seat also not comfortable.

I had booked from Tuni to Hyderabad. This type of worst bus I had never seen, worst service, seats were very dirty, smelling, staff behavior very rude, waste of the waste bus service.

One of the worst travel I have ever seen.

It has no AC in bus. But this shows AC in red bus. was this your app's fault or the bus? It has no luggage cabin. In 12 hours journey, having luggage cabin is common sense. I regret booking in this app and this bus. Please stop this bus availability in this app for further bookings.

Good service & best time maintenance.

The bus was not properly maintained. The seats were dirty, and there was no bedsheet.

The worst experience I had till all my journeys, no in-time arrival. First, they told me to arrive fast as they were near. Later, when I arrived, they didn't even start from the stop. The live tracking is not working. Staff is responsible. Beds are uncomfortable. No pillows, worst smell. No hygiene in beds and curtains.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I paid rupees XXXX, but the service was not worth the money at all. There were no proper arrangements with two drivers, and the driving was extremely rash and unsafe. The driver was speeding excessively and showed no concern for passenger safety, even while passengers were sleeping. The seating was uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere inside the bus was terrible. The entire journey was stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone. The management seriously needed to improve its driving standards, passenger safety, seating comfort, and overall service quality.

Bus is 45 mins late to boarding point and dropped at different dropping point with more than 1 hr late.

Bus was late by more than one hour. He dropped me at some other point which is very far from my booking drop point. Very worst experience ever.
