They overcrowded the trip beyond capacity just to offer cheaper prices. People were forced to sleep on the floor, there was a complete lack of civic sense, and some individuals were drunk. Overall, it turned out to be one of the worst trips.

First row side single upper berth is way too narrow. No pillow for sleeper berths. No blankets for seaters. No water bottle. AC worked well. Staff were good and drove well. On vacant berths taking more than the capacity, I saw 4 people on side double berths. 30 minutes delay at boarding and 1 hour delay at dropping point. Didn't understand keeping a non-working TV on each berth; rather, a small luggage space could have been provided.

I am booking AC sleeper ... but that bus is non AC ....very very bad
