It is a tiny bus, AC is broken, nothing works. Conductor boarded a lot of flying passengers who stood in the middle and even sat on the floor. The bus stopped somewhere with almost no place to eat and a disgusting bathroom. It delayed the drop time because they were busy boarding running passengers. From the beginning, tracking was not activated, no storage space was there for luggage and no policy for female travellers. Will never board this bus again.

The behaviour of the driver and his associate was very pleasant. The bus left Esplanade at 9:10 and reached my location in correct time 4:30. I had a great journey with Maa Usha Travels.
