I have travelled on this bus around 10 times before, and my previous experiences were always good. Unfortunately, yesterday was a completely different experience. The bus was scheduled to leave from Indore at 10 pm and reach Jabalpur around 6:30 am. However, it was already delayed by almost 2 hours at the time of departure. The driver initially said that the bus had broken down and would arrive in 20–30 minutes, but kept delaying the arrival while not answering the phone properly. The worst part happened this morning, when the bus ran out of diesel on the highway, around 15 km before Jabalpur. We were stranded there for about 30 minutes, and the driver had to go to get fuel. Eventually, I had to arrange a cab myself to reach Jabalpur. I have used this bus service many times before and never faced such an issue. Maybe yesterday was just an exceptionally unlucky day, but this was definitely a very disappointing experience. I hope the operator takes this seriously and ensures that basic things like fuel, vehicle condition and communication with passengers are properly managed.
