I booked a ticket on the booking platform app to travel from Nandakumar to Bhubaneswar, but I missed the bus because the app displayed the wrong boarding location; consequently, I lost ₹XXXX. It went completely down the drain and the live location sharing feature was also inactive. As a result, I was unable to appear for a crucial exam in my life.

A group of people was allowed to drink and smoke inside the running bus.

Damage charging point. Mosquitoes inside bus and under the seat. Should provide water bottle inside bus.
