Maa Bhabatarini Bus Booking

When coming back to Midnapur, the bus conductor took many extra passengers from different stoppages. They stood inside the bus and the actual people who paid the full bus fare and booked the tickets were disturbed and disappointed because of the overcrowding caused by the extra passengers. They caused pushing and overcrowding in the bus. Despite this, actually passengers paying the full fare and booking seats for a comfortable journey in such type of luxury AC bus were facing discomfort, overcrowding, and pushing. The conductor allowed extra passengers which was more than the actual capacity of the bus. The bus did not halt for a toilet break when going to Kolkata, which is very necessary for almost 3 to 3.5 hrs of continuous journey. Except these issues, all others of this bus are very good, driving is very good, seats are comfortable. I suggest something to be changed for more and more better service.

The bus has air suspension, which makes the overall journey much smoother and less bumpy.

They were adding passengers for standing as the seats were full, but they kept adding passengers. So for me, it was worst and terrible because we are paying for comfort.

One stop required for at least 10 minutes for using toilet, as we travel 3 hours.

Too much un- booked passengers.
