Bus got delayed for two hours and that too they informed after calling them multiple times. Even driver contact was also updated wrongly. Didn't get refund yet.

worst experience ever. bus got delayed by 5 hours. seat was not comfortable, not clean and also at night people were sleeping on aisle.
