I booked an AC sleeper coach by paying extra money for comfort, but the experience was very disappointing. The staff kept turning off the AC, saying that some passengers were opening the windows. This is not fair. If a few people are opening windows, why should everyone else suffer? I paid specifically for an AC facility, and it should be maintained properly throughout the journey. Instead of switching off the AC, the staff should ensure that windows remain closed or take action against those who are causing the issue. Passengers who pay extra deserve the service they booked. Very poor management and disappointing experience. Even after I complaint to tour operator not supported, they were live jo karna h karo...
