Staff was very rude and the driver used words despite being requested to drop few metres ahead from dropping point. He was arguing and used words, not even caring about the ladies who were also present.

Staff and driver are very rude and they are not even ready for picking up the passengers, just cheating the ticket money by not boarding the passengers. And at the drop point, they are not even informing the passengers of their respective drop points.
