They didn’t drop us at the drop location ISBT Kashmiri Gate. They dropped us 4 km far from the dropping point.

They are working like local sharing auto rickshaw. That’s why they are always late. Last stop was Kashmiri Gate but they dropped at Lalkila. Very worst service.

First of all, they didn't provide me bus number. Secondly, I booked my boarding point at Kashmere Gate, but they called me and asked me to come to Lal Qila and said they will not come to Kashmere Gate. I don't have bus number. I don't have confirmed seat number. They are providing better seats to offline customers. Overall, you all just fooled us. It was a very terrible experience.
