No water bottle provided and no blanket. Rest stop is too expensive and food quality is so bad

In recent travel twice in same bus, asked him for live tracking - Koi baat nahi. He really himself does not bother for rating and ranking.

Blankets were not provided. Cleaning was poor... foul smell emanating from the interior of the bus. The bus was approximately an hour late, departing at 6 PM instead of 5 PM.

Timing is not punctual. Even bus seats are disgusting. It is too much congested. I don't like the service at all.
