I reached my boarding point one hour before the scheduled time. The bus arrived at 11:15 pm but did not stop at the boarding point. I also did not receive any call or notification 10–15 minutes before arrival, which is very disappointing from a customer service perspective. In addition, the bus stopped at Singanallur bus stand and waited there for a long time to sell the remaining seats before starting the journey. This caused unnecessary delay. The bus also stopped at a petrol bunk to refuel after the journey had already begun. These kinds of preparations should be completed before the journey starts, not during the trip. Furthermore, the onboard facilities were not satisfactory. The pillow provided was extremely thin and uncomfortable, and the beds were not clean and bedsheet was not available. The driving was also not comfortable. There were many sudden brakes during the journey, and the windows kept opening while the bus was moving. The bus was shaking a lot, making it very difficult to sleep properly. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and will not consider booking with this service again.
