Worst possible experience from a 16 hours journey. No timing. Whole bus was falling apart. No room for luggage. Overcrowded.

Very bad bus, seats are broken and recliner function isn't working, most of the seat cushions are torn, overall very bad experience, I will never take the bus again, today my health is not good due to the travel with this bus.

That is not a passenger bus, it is a luggage bus. We feel it takes too much time to reach the destination. Every time they stop and waste our valuable time.
