No live tracking in Redbus, but from bus side it's available.

The bus failed to stop at the boarding point and dropped me only at the last stop. This was very inconvenient and not a good experience.

The bus was extremely punctual, departing and arriving exactly as scheduled. This made my trip hassle-free and ensured I reached my destination on time. I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the bus was. The sleeper berths were comfortable, providing a very relaxing journey. The driver was excellent and drove very safely and gently. I felt completely secure throughout the long journey.
