Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent bus travel experience. The charging ports were not compatible with iPhone adapters and were also not functioning properly. The hygiene of the blankets needs to be improved and properly maintained. The air conditioning was being switched off intermittently during the journey. The space between the seats and sleeping berths was very congested, causing discomfort. Drinking water bottles should be provided to passengers for convenience. Best regards, Swapnil.

There was a lot of noise from the AC motor inside the bus, which was very annoying. Do not prefer this bus if you want peaceful sleep while travelling at night.
