Bus AC was not working at all in mid of summer. Packed bus with ventilation was horrible. Staff was arrogant.

Repeated breakdown not cleared (temporary breakdowns attained) causing 3 hours bus late. Behaviour and ancient language used by office staff. Dropping timing fake. No single time bus reached on time.

Bus AC stopped working in 2 hours. The bus took 3 hours wait time to repair. Plus took 3 hours to cover the initial 100 km. All horrible.
