It was a parcel bus rather than passenger. Bus arrived 1 hour late at Dhanbad and conductor told while in Asansol 16:45 PM that please got down bus would be more delayed to reach Durgapur.

I booked a bus ticket from Dhanbad Station Bus Stand, but when I called the operator, I was informed that the bus would not go to the booked boarding point and that I had to come to Karkend instead. No prior information was provided regarding this change of route or boarding point. Moreover, the behaviour of the operator was very rude and unprofessional. I had booked a specific seat number, but when I boarded the bus, I found that my assigned seat was already occupied by another passenger. This was a very unpleasant experience. The change in the boarding point without prior notice, the unprofessional behaviour of the operator, and the failure to provide the booked seat caused significant inconvenience.

Literally why is a passenger bus acting like a goods bus? The area which could have been covered within half an hour max took 1.5 hrs because it was just moving around taking up goods.
